Why is Marinel more expensive than some cleaners?
Because you're paying for a finished result, not hours. Every job is cleaned, detailed and then inspected against 42 points by a supervisor, and you get a photo report the same day. If anything is missed, we come back within 24 hours at no charge, so you never pay twice.
Will the final price be different from the guide price?
The guide prices are for typical properties. Your quote gives you a fixed price for your property, based on its size, condition and date. Once you accept it, that's the price you pay.
Do you offer prices for several properties?
Yes. Developers get 10% off developments of 10 units or more, and property managers and short-stay operators can agree fixed rates for every property they send us, invoiced monthly.
