What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the property's area or Eircode, and anything you tell us about the property.

How we use it

To reply to your request and prepare a quote
To schedule, carry out and report on the work you book
To send invoices and keep accounting records we are legally required to keep

We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Photos in handover reports

Handover reports contain photos of the property, not of people. They are shared only with you and anyone you ask us to send them to.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Client and invoice records are kept for as long as Irish law requires.
